Bheem Rokaya: Master Mechanic & MTB Champion
Bheem's passion for cycling started with tinkering. After picking up the trade in 2014, he joined Mastermind Bicycle Studio in 2020 and quickly became a master technician, skilled in servicing even the most high-end bikes.
But Bheem's true love lies off the road. Fueled by a lifelong connection to the mountains (having grown up in Nepal), he discovered a natural talent for MTB racing upon joining the Maharashtra state team in 2014.
His dedication has paid off: Bheem secured gold medals in the 2020 and 2021 MTB National Championships, consistently ranking in the top three across numerous Indian races.
When not conquering trails or wielding wrenches, Bheem unwinds with a good movie or catches the latest IPL or World Cup cricket matches. He's a true asset to our team, bringing both technical expertise and championship spirit to the table.

Margesh Narvekar’s journey from capturing life’s moments through a lens to leading a dynamic digital team is a testament to his versatility and passion. His academic foundation in Mass Media and Film Production laid the groundwork for a successful freelance photography career.
Joining Mastermind Bicycle Studio in 2020 as a photographer ignited a newfound love for cycling. Inspired by the thrill of the ride, Margesh expanded his role to encompass digital marketing and photo editing. Today, as our Digital Head, he skillfully blends creativity and strategy to bring Mastermind’s vision to life.
His unique blend of artistic vision and strategic thinking makes him a driving force behind our brand's digital success.

Meet Sanket, a passionate cyclist and runner, and a valued member of the Mastermind team for the past 4 years!
Sanket isn't just about work - he tackles physical challenges with the same dedication he brings to the studio. Since 2015, he's conquered endurance cycling events, including impressive 1000km and 1200km brevets. His sights are set on even bigger goals: LEL and PBP, legendary long-distance cycling events.
Running isn't far behind. Starting in late 2015, Sanket pushed himself with a solo 12-hour stadium run, covering over 90km. Next up? Qualifying for the World Marathon Majors!
Sanket embodies the Mastermind spirit: dedication, perseverance, and a love for pushing limits.
