Refund policy
No doubt, we love happy and satisfied customers!
Any purchase made from our offline/retail store will be strictly non-refundable and any kind of exchange/return will not be accepted at all. The customer is expected to check the product in its entirety and make a purchase only after being completely satisfied. Even if the exchange or return request is made within 24 hours of the purchase it will still not be accepted if the purchase is made from any of the Mastermind's offline/retail stores.

Return Policy :
First of all, any request for a Return or Exchange has to be initiated by the customer STRICTLY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. Any requests for Return or Exchange after 24 Hours of receiving the product will NOT be accepted in any circumstance.
If you have any issues with the product, please contact us by email at info@mastermindbikes.com, and we will do our best to get it sorted out. Telephonic complaints will NOT be entertained by our retail stores or our staff.
However, note that there will be NO MONEY REFUND in case of any returns. If there is a genuine case of size not fitting (in Shoes, or Helmets, or Apparels, etc.), or if you are unhappy with the Product Quality, then we will issue a CREDIT for you to buy anything from our website for that amount. There will be NO MONEY REFUND.
Cancellation Policy :
Orders once placed will NOT be cancelled or amended.
If the Order is placed and the same product is available, then the customer HAS TO accept the product. In case of size exchange, the customer will be given the choice as per the availability. There is no guarantee that the same colour/variant will be available. In no case, the request for refund will be entertained.
To be eligible for a Return :
1. Products must be unused
2. Products must be in their original condition with all original tags, manuals, and packaging intact
3. Products should not be broken, opened or tampered with
4. You need to have a receipt or proof of purchase
5. All promotional items shipped along with the purchased item must be returned

Partial Order Fulfillment
1. Order Acceptance and Availability
1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the partial fulfillment of orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2. We strive to maintain accurate inventory information on the Website. However, there may be instances where an item in your order becomes unavailable after your order is placed.
1.3. Our confirmation email does not constitute guaranteed product availability.
2. Partial Order Fulfillment
2.1. In the event that one or more items in your order become unavailable after your order is placed, we reserve the right to fulfill the remaining portion of your order and issue a refund for the unavailable item(s).
3. Notification of Unavailable Items
3.1. We will notify you via email as soon as possible if an item in your order becomes unavailable.
Any disputes arising out of exchange, product return, refund, etc will be subjected to Mumbai Jurisdiction only. Immaterial of the location of the customer and/or point of sale. In any circumstances, the legal dispute will strictly subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.
